Had an amazing experience at Tipsy Thaiger. The food feels more creative and modern than your typical Thai restaurant but still really approachable. The atmosphere is cozy and fun, especially for sharing dishes with family and friends. Our server/bartender was also super nice. I wish I remembered his name because he was definitely one of the reasons our dinner was so delightful. The clams and pork jowls were our favorites. We got extra sourdough to finish the clam sauce and even got a second order of the pork jowls. They are a little fatty, but super tender and flavorful. The fried rice also surprised us. We weren’t sure about the price at first, but after trying it, it was definitely worth it!!

We were a party of three and arrived around 6:30 PM on a Tuesday. We asked to sit in the main dining room, but the hostess told us that all the tables there had been reserved, so we were seated on the side, behind the bar and near the street. We accepted that explanation, but we stayed until close and the tables around us remained empty the entire evening. The main dining room also had a completely different atmosphere, with warm lighting and a much nicer ambiance. I’ve attached a photo of the main dining room from that evening for context β€” most of the tables were empty at the time. I’m not saying this was intentional or that I know why we were seated there. But as three Asian customers, the experience left us wondering if we were treated differently because of our appearance. I’m sharing this mainly to hear from other Asian customers β€” have you had a similar experience at this restaurant? That said, our server, TT, was wonderful and our overall dining experience was very good. The cocktails were excellent, the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was nice. I would still recommend this restaurant β€” I just hope the seating experience can be more consistent for everyone.

I love Thai food, and this place delivers both amazing Thai cuisine and excellent service! Every dish was perfectly portioned, and the spice level was just right. It’s honestly one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve been to so far. I also love the interior design, it creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Most importantly, my water glass was never empty. Bravo!

Wow! WOW! We dropped in on our way through town at the end of a three week holiday eating at Michelin and highly rated restaurants in Cape Cod, Boston, Bar Harbor, Newport, and Dahlonega and this was an amazing bookend to our trip! JD did his best in the bar with his Curry gin drink which was the pinnacle of awesome, and the Espresso cocktail was immensely enjoyable as well! We also enjoyed the PurrrrrπŸ… Don’t miss the Oysters. DONT. And the cabbage, we loved. CCC is special! The Crab fried rice was filled with love and tasted amazing, we also loved the bok choy, and all the desserts were beyond perfect! Hands down a great experience, beautiful new outdoor patio begging for big parties, and the staff were top shelf experts and great compasses for your dining adventure! This is a world class restaurant! Say hi to JD and Candy, they will take real good care of you!

Loved our experience at Tipsy Thaiger last night. Kay was our server and she is wonderful!!!! The other staff we interacted with were warm and friendly as well. We ordered the C.C.C. (SO GOOD) and pork belly small plates as well as the Chicken Curry and She-Crab fried rice for our entrees. Good range of mild to spicy thai dishes. We thought everything paired so nicely together. The atmosphere was fun and not too busy, we felt like we could stay as long as we wanted. We will definitely be returning. Excited to try out some of the other dishes in the future!
